Without exception, our world has to rely on Electronic devices, circuits and systems nowadays. The field of Electronic Engineering is concerned with the components, devices, circuits and systems and their applications. Thus Electronic Engineering plays important role in our daily Communication, Manufacturing, Business Management, Defense, Entertainment, Health Service, Safety, Security and in almost all walks of life.
This all need the adequate knowledge and learning in the field of Electronic Engineering. The Department offers four year (8-term) programme leading to degree of Bachelor of Electronic Engineering. The job opportunities, for the graduates of Electronic Engineering are also considerable in both public as well as private sector organizations.
The department is recently established and the first batch was admitted during the session 2004-05 (05-Batch). The degree course of Electronic Engineering has been designed considering all the needs and aspects of latest technology.
The course is being taught adequately supplemented through practical training in laboratories and demonstrations at the related sites and plants. The department of electronic engineering is established with all required facilities in the new independent building.
